Talisha Shine is a digital health IT professional with 13 years experience with healthcare systems ranging from EHR to health insurance case installs.  She is a Blockchain Council Certified Blockchain Expert, a Government Blockchain Association (GBA) Certified Blockchain Consultant, and is a founding member of Black Blockchain Consultants. Talisha has been recognized among the Top 100 Black Leaders in Blockchain, served as a mentor for the ConsenSys Health COVID 19 Hackathon and was selected as a 2021 regional delegate for the National Briefing of Women of Color in Blockchain. She also currently serves on the editorial team for the open access peer reviewed journal, Blockchain in Healthcare Today (BHTY).
