Neha Joshi is Accenture Security’s Growth and Strategy lead, with responsibility for driving growth of the global cybersecurity business through strategic investments, acquisitions and innovation programs. Joshi also oversees the Security Innovation Organization, which harvests new technology ideas from across the practice and invest in partnership with clients to build them out at scale.
In her previous role, Joshi established and led the Innovation Organization at Accenture Security. She led professionals around the globe who built innovative cybersecurity solutions and ways of working, producing solutions, many of which were patented, that leverage robotics, artificial intelligence, DevOps, data analytics and machine-learning technologies to help make Accenture’s clients more secure. Previously, Joshi served as Managing Director of Accenture’s global Digital Identity business and delivered complex technology projects for large clients across industries in the United States and Europe.
Joshi has authored numerous industry articles, co-authored a book on innovation in identity and access management and is a frequent speaker on topics including cybersecurity, innovation, and leadership. She is a Fortune Connect Fellow and serve on the Board of New York Institute of Technology’s Women’s Technology Council and was honored as the Business Role Model of 2020 by Women in IT Awards New York and the recipient of the 2019 Women of Influence Award for Private Solutions Partner by Executive Women’s Forum on Information Security, Risk Management & Privacy.
