Danelsy Medrano for more than 12 years has led the technology-adverse legal industry into the digital marketing era with an enlightened vision of how digital marketing can help lawyers reach potential clients, from across the U.S., with niche cases. As the Director of Marketing for Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock Dodig LLP, Danelsy develops and executes the firm’s digital strategy which includes educating the public on legal issues, growing the firm’s client base, building a network of referral attorneys, and telling the story of Feldman Shepherd’s unique brand.
A frequent lecturer, Danelsy is the first Latina to speak at the educational programs provided by the Legal Marketing Association including LMA’s International conference and webinars. Most recently, she lectured at the Pennsylvania Conference for Women on how to build a website in a day.
Danelsy earned an associate degree in advertising and communications from Universidad Iberoamericana UNIBE in the Dominican Republic; a BS in graphic design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia; a professional certificate in social media marketing from New York University; and an executive MBA from St. Joseph’s University.
Danelsy is active in numerous charitable organizations, with a particular focus on helping young women and minorities on their journey to success. She is inspired by the words of Maya Angelou: “When you learn, teach. When you get, give.”
