Executive Director IT Organizational Management, JP Morgan Chase Engineering & Achitecture
Estelle Cephas is an Executive Director responsible for building and developing team capabilities and skills in
Engineering & Architecture. The E & A organization provides oversight and execution of technology platforms
that enable innovative customer experiences that support Consumer & Community Banking of JPMorgan Chase;
the largest bank in the US and the 3rd largest in the world.
During her 20+ year career with JPMorgan Chase, Estelle has held numerous IT roles across multiple businesses.
Having begun as a Help Desk Manager in Investment Bank, she has since managed networks, automation, product
delivery and disaster recovery. For the past couple of years she has lead Program and Project Delivery
organizations implementing business initiatives that transformed the businesses of Card Services, Mortgage
Lending, Retail and Auto Finance.
An avid volunteer supporting STEM and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, Estelle is involved in programs both
within the firm and in her community. She has served on various firm committees, including the JPMorgan
Chase Contributions Committee, the JPMC Diversity Steering Committee, Program Manager for the Global
Technology Black Community and currently leads the D & I for the Delaware Global Technology community. In
her community, Estelle sits on the Board of Directors of BDPA Northern Delaware.
Among the many awards Estelle has received, she is most proud of being honored in 2000 with the Delaware
Small Business Association Minority Small Business Person of the Year award.
