Yaneris M. Rosa serves as Vice President, Legal & Business Affairs at World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (WWE).  She previously served as General Counsel Americas, Security & Safety and Water Solutions Businesses and Data Privacy Officer at Resideo Technologies, Inc., a spinoff of Honeywell International Inc. Prior to the spinoff, Yaneris served as Assistant General Counsel of various Honeywell businesses. Before joining Honeywell, she served as the Associate General Counsel of Planet Payment, Inc., a New York-based start-up, which she listed on NASDAQ. Yaneris started her career as a Corporate Associate at Simpson Thacher and Bartlett LLP.   Yaneris has been committed to diversity since the inception of her career and previously led diversity initiatives at Resideo, served as a leader of Honeywell’s Legal Diversity Council and Simpson’s Diversity Committee Advisory Council. Yaneris is also passionate about education and serves on various non-profit boards, including: Council of Legal Education Opportunity (CLEO), Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Alumni Task force, Cornell University MOSAIC and Harvard Law School Black Alumni Network. Yaneris was born in Dominican Republic and moved to NY when she was 10 years old. Yaneris received her JD from Harvard Law School and BS from Cornell University.
