Angelique Slagle is the head of SAP’s Human Experience Management (HXM) Line of Business in North America. With an emphasis on customer success, she is responsible for driving HXM sales and the go-to-market strategy, as well as overseeing core operations including pipeline development, demand management, and revenue growth and acceleration. Angelique brings over 20 years’ experience in the technology space ranging from start-ups to some of the largest software companies around the globe before joining SAP in 2011. Within SAP she has had the pleasure of building high performing teams, is passionate about creating diversity across the business and developing go-to- market strategies leveraging the entire eco-system inclusive of SAP and partner teams. Her continuous focus on customer advocacy has been paramount to her success. With her most recent role as Regional Vice President for SAP SuccessFactors covering the Regulated Industries, she has applied that strategy to support the People Agenda of key customers including Lockheed Martin, State of Arkansas & Southern California Edison. Angelique also serves on the board of SAP’s Black Employee Network (BEN) group and the North America Emerging Talent Advisory board, which serves to give a platform to early talent across SAP to enact change across the business. Originally from New Jersey, Angelique has traded in the city life for farm life and now resides in Western North Carolina region with her husband, Carl and her 4 children, Kyrie, Kaia, Kaden, and Kameran. In her free time, Angelique enjoys running, cooking, gardening, and advocating for the homeless, as well as supporting local nonprofits in support of social justice.
