As founder of Morton Consulting Group, Alexandra has a unique perspective when it comes to consulting for her clients. Her main focus is on supporting founders by providing startup consulting in regards to executive & staff benefits, branding, marketing, outsource management, retirement planning. She has a specific focus on helping early-stage founders and business owners achieve their goals. Professionally, she has worked as a nonprofit executive, startup founder, startup instructor and consultant.
As a founder, she is an alumna of one of the nation’s most renowned business accelerators, 500 Startups. Additionally, she taught entrepreneurship with the nation’s largest entrepreneurial research foundation as a Kauffman Fasttrac New Venture Instructor. As a nonprofit executive, she secured funding for youth programs from Top 50 Companies.
With a list of recognitions under her belt including, but not limited to, receiving awards for being the Young Entrepreneur of the Year from the Prince George’s County Chamber of Commerce. In 2013, she was recognized as an ATHGO Global Entrepreneurship & Innovation Scholar at the World Bank. She was also selected among thousands of young entrepreneurs under 35 to be honored in the prestigious 2014 & 2015 Empact Showcase at the United Nations.
