Bobbie Shrivastav is the co-founder and chief product officer of Benekiva, a software company intended to bridge the gap between life insurance companies and their intended beneficiaries through claims transformation, beneficiary, and policyholder management, and asset retention. She is an award-winning serial entrepreneur, author, technology, and digital transformation expert whose unwavering innovative, customer-centric approach, and continued success has earned her a reputation as an industry leader.

Over the course of nearly two decades, she has cultivated extensive knowledge in the information technology space and successfully led enterprise-level initiatives. One of the co-founders of Docsmore, a product focused on users being able to easily and securely collect, manage, and report data from documents, she served for a number of years as Manager of Digital Learning and Senior Project Manager with the Center for Creative Leadership. Shrivastav also held a number of technology positions with United Guaranty Corporation, a former division of AIG, Pepsico, and Aon.

She has numerous project management certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Scrum Alliance, and she is passionate about helping organizations weather the paper storm through digital and process transformation. She coaches and mentors startups and entrepreneurs, and writes frequently about process re-engineering, innovation, digital disruption, and entrepreneurship. Shrivastav earned her MBA from Wake Forest University, her Masters in Project Management from Western Carolina University, and her Bachelors in Information Systems and Marketing from Appalachian State University.
